GREEN SHALL CHICKEN

 Chicken marinated with fresh mint, pepper and coriander which is cooked in the tandoori before in a mild curry, very aromatic and a unique blend of chef special spices.

 

 BEEF SHATKORA

 A traditional Bengali medium to hot-spied dish, aromatic curry with tender beef cooked with tangy citrus satkora in a generous sauce.

  

GARLIC CHILI CHICKEN

Strips of chicken tikka marinated and cooked in tandoor then prepared in a relatively hot rich tomato based sauce with green garlic and crushed chilli paste.
